SIMFEROPOL, December 12 - RIA Novosti. A death endeavor was made on the existence of the principal delegate top of the organization of the Kherson area, Vitaly Bulyuk, RIA Novosti was told in the territorial organization.


Simultaneously, a regular citizen was killed because of the blast.
